Water Walkthroughs

Desert Water Agency offers water walkthroughs for HOAs and businesses to help them meet state restrictions and be more efficient.

During a water walkthrough, a DWA conservation expert will review your water use onsite. Afterwards, you will receive a written report that documents savings opportunities identified for your property.

In addition to showing you where you can make adjustments to save water and reduce your bill, water walkthroughs will help you:

  • Learn how non-functional turf mandates affect you and what you need to do to stay in compliance
  • Learn about grass removal rebates to help with the cost of conversions to comply with non-functional turf mandates and DWA Ordinance 80
  • Find out where you can make adjustments to conserve water, reduce water waste, and improve efficiency
