San Gorgonio Pass Subbasin SGMA Groundwater Sustainability Plan
On January 25, 2022, the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) for the San Gorgonio Pass Subbasin was adopted by the GSAs and submitted to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) for review. In a letter dated October 26, 2023, DWR determined that the GSP met the requirements of SGMA and approved the plan. DWR informed the GSAs they would be required to assess and update the GSP every five years, with the first plan update due to DWR by January 25, 2027. 2027 San Gorgonio Pass Subbasin Alternative Plan Update

San Gorgonio Pass Subbasin Annual Reports by Water Year
San Gorgonio Pass Subbasin GSAs are required to submit a SGMA annual report to DWR by April 1 each year. This annual report is a “year in review” that summarizes groundwater conditions and progress made on implementing the projects and management actions identified in the San Gorgonio Pass Subbasin GSP and Plan Updates.
